Article 1 – Price

Article 2 - Payment

Article 3 - Delay and compensation

Article 4 – Qualité et quantité
Le contrôle de la marchandise se fera au moment de la livraison et toutes réclamations devront être formulées dans les trois jours de la livraison.
A défaut de réclamation dans ce délai, l'acheteur est présumé agréer la marchandise.

Si le client est un "consommateur" au sens de la loi sur les pratiques du commerce, celui-ci assignera devant les tribunaux du domicile/siège de l'entrepreneur, seuls compétents.
Article 6 - Transfert des risques
Le transfert des risques visés par les articles 1788 et 1789 du Code civil s'opère au fur et à mesure de l'exécution des travaux ou de la livraison de matériaux, marchandises ou installations.
